Installation methods of LED panel light

LED panel light is ultrathin, energy-saving, and safe lighting, which is deeply liked by lots of consumers. It can completely replace the existing traditional panel light with advantages like color consistency, multi-selectable color temperature, high brightness, long life, low energy consumption, environmental protection, etc.. How to install the LED panel lights after choosing them? Normally, LED panel lights are installed in three methods:

Method one: bracket fixed installation

Drilling few screw holes in the ceiling first, then install sliding LED panel light frame on the ceiling with three sides fixed. After that, slide the LED panel light into the frame and screw the fourth side to definitely fix the frame. It is convenient, simple and time-saving.

Method two: wire hanging installation

Setting wiring hanging accessory on the ceiling first, then tighten the screws (hanging wire is equipped when finished at factory.) Hanging wire vertically down, the back of LED panel lights is screwed with hanging components. It is convenient and easy method. Consumers must pay attention to understand clearly whether the hanging accessories are standard accessories from factory or optional ones.

Method three: embedding installation

First install metal groove on the ceiling, then fix several protruding brackets on the back of the LED panel light. After that, put on the panel light with brackets met with the metal groove and panel light can firmly fixed on the ceiling light. Because the thickness of ceiling light is different one another, so the height between panel surface and brackets should be adjusted to avoid LED panel lights being installed above or below the ceiling surface.



The following installation issues should be noted among these three installation methods in the actual installation process: 1. make sure power is off before installation; 2.waterproof, anti-electric, anti-shock; 3. products are used on standard operating voltage, do not exceed the working voltage range; 4 this product is only used indoor; 5. Carefully read the instructions before installing the product.
